A New York man tried to sneak up on an unsuspecting victim and slice his throat in the middle of the street in a shocking moment that was caught on camera.
A bystander who was watching a fight break out from above captured the incredible scene as a group of people began arguing with each other in Harlem.
Then a man wearing a black jersey and black pants suddenly runs into the frame, clearly clutching something in one of his hands.

But he was the one in for a surprise when the man in the white shirt suddenly turns around and manages to escape his grasp.
