New York masseuse ‘bashes colleague with metal mug’

A masseuse has allegedly been caught on camera beating a colleague with a metal travel mug after he stole one of his clients, police said.

Heping Cheng, 38, was arrested last week after footage emerged of him allegedly delivering a defenseless co-worker, 30, a series of violent blows to the head on July 19, DNAinfo reported.

Video shows a man wearing a black t-shirt sitting in the corner of a spa at the New World Mall on on Roosevelt Avenue, in Queens, when an irate masseuse storms into the room.

The man can be seen grabbing the metal mug and using it as a tool of destruction

The man wearing a white t-shirt and glasses punches the other man in the head before reaching for a metal travel mug that is located above him.

He proceeds to use the travel mug as a tool of destruction, as he brings it down on top of the man’s head with brute force.

A co-worker briefly restrains the attacker, who then decides the punishment isn’t enough, and proceeds to unleash another onslaught on the man in a black t-shirt.

The victim – who doesn’t appear to retaliate – places his palm up to his head and reveals he has been cut open by the attacks.

However he simply moves to the other side of the room and can even be seen checking his phone in the process.

He was taken to New York-Presbyterian Queens hospital to receive treatment for the wound, according to DNAinfo.

Cheng has been charged with two counts of assault and is awaiting trial.
