New Yorker reveals the three reasons Australia is better than America

American podcaster reveals the three best things about life in Australia – and why he extended his stay in one of the country’s most divisive cities

A podcaster from New York has revealed the three things he loved most about Australia after visiting the country last month.

Mike Majlak, who co-hosts the Impaulsive podcast with Logan Paul, told The Kyle & Jackie O Show he was most impressed by Australian food, women and street art.

He praised Melbourne for its ‘New York vibe’ and said the graffiti in the city’s famous laneways was a stand-out for him.

‘I had so much fun in Melbourne. It gave me such a New York vibe, with its super street art,’ he told hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.

‘I also had some of the most incredible food there. And of course the girls there are amazing,’ he added.

Kyle then asked Mike, 38, if he had slept with any Australian women during his trip.

While he didn’t give too much information, the YouTube personality hinted he’d extended his trip to the Gold Coast because of the quality of women.

‘Let’s just say, I was in the Gold Coast for three days,’ he laughed.

The Gold Coast is considered one of the more divisive Australian cities: some love its resort vibe and world-class beaches, while others find it tacky and touristy.

But it was clear Mike couldn’t get enough of the place and its bikini-clad beachgoers.

Mike visited Australia last month with his podcast co-host Logan Paul, 27, to promote Logan’s new Prime energy drink.

While in the country, they chatted to tennis star Nick Kyrgios, who made the shocking claim that Australian women ‘have no shame’.

The 27-year-old was a guest on the Impaulsive podcast when the host told him he was ‘grabbed’ by an Australian woman during his trip.

Nick then said he was often hassled by fans in public begging for photos with him.

‘Some people want photos and stuff, I just don’t get it. I try to oblige but sometimes when I am at dinner I don’t,’ he said.

‘Australian fans are crazy and pretty disrespectful at times. The women have no shame,’ he added.

Mike then said Aussie women ‘are very aggressive’, adding that he was groped during a recent visit to a nightclub.
