NFL fans left divided after Titans QB Will Levis unveils bizarre Mayonnaise-scented fragrance

Titans QB Will Levis has helped unveil a Mayonnaise-scented cologne – and NFL fans are divided by the strange product.

Levis, who’s now entering his second year in the league, made headlines prior to last year’s draft when he shared a video of himself putting Mayo into his coffee.

And now, the 25-year-old has partnered with Mayo brand Hellman’s to release ‘Will Levis No. 8, Parfum de Mayonnaise,’ which was announced with a bizarre video on Tuesday.

In the video, a shirtless Levis can be seen eating a piece of toast with mayo on it, before dipping his finger in a jar of Hellman’s and eating it.

The fragrance – described on Hellman’s website as having a ‘bright burst of tart lemon that provides a refreshing and clean introduction,’ is being sold for $8.

But not all fans are onboard with the unconventional scent.

‘Some things, don’t NEED to be done,’ one said under Hellman’s post of the ad.

‘Couldn’t be my quarterback,’ another said.

And the Duke’s Mayo Bowl, sponsored by Hellman’s competitor Duke’s, joked that the Titans would go 0-17 because of the clip.

However, others had a different reaction as they shared receipts of their orders and raved about the product.

‘Can’t wait to smell just like my QB!,’ one wrote.

‘This is the greatest Ad ever,’ another said.

Others bemoaned the fact that the ad had already sold out, as per Hellman’s website.

Levis has previously drawn attention for his strange culinary habits, as he’s also shared a clip of himself eating an unpeeled banana.

Nonetheless, there are big hopes for Levis this season as he enters the year as the Titans’ starter.

After making his debut in Week 7 last year, the former second-round pick appeared in nine games and passed for 1,808 yards, eight touchdowns and four interceptions.

Levis briefly appeared in Tennessee’s preseason matchup vs. the 49ers on Saturday, completing 4-of-5 passes for 35 yards.

The Titans’ regular season begins on September 8 at the Bears.
