Two of the NFL’s most legendary quarterbacks have finally retired their rumored rivalry.  

Tom Brady shared a selfie with longtime adversary Peyton Manning on Instagram Wednesday, writing in the caption: ‘Spoiler alert… we were friends this whole time. Always great to see you Peyton!’

It’s unclear what occasion brought the two men together. They were both dressed to the nines, Brady in a gray suit and black tie and Manning in a colorful turquoise suit with orange accents.

Brady and Manning faced off numerous times while playing in the AFC, including in four championship games, before Manning retired after the 2015 season.

The two last met on the field during the NFL playoff’s this year, where Manning’s Denver Broncos took down Brady’s New England Patriots.  

Overall, Brady has beaten Manning in 11 out of 17 contests from 2001 to 2016.

Eight of Brady’s wins came when Manning was with the Indianapolis Colts (1998-2011) and another three when he was with the Broncos (2012-2015).
