Nick Kyrgios went Instagram official with his new girlfriend Costeen Hatzi last month.

And it appears the pair’s blossoming romance is certainly heating up, as the duo were spotted sharing a smooch together during his practice session for the Australian Open on Sunday.

Nick, 26, and his 21-year-old flame appeared besotted with each other as they sat in the stalls of Melbourne Park, ahead of his first match in the tournament on Tuesday.

The athlete – who recently recovered from Covid – couldn’t wipe the smile off his face as he gently grazed the thigh of his girlfriend, before leaning in for a quick peck on the lips.

He looked cool and casual in a navy T-shirt and grey shorts, while holding a tennis racket in his hand.

Meanwhile, Costeen looked as glamorous as ever in a navy vest top and tiny shorts, which she teamed with a pair of black-and-white sneakers.

She wore her hair in a slick straight style for the occasion, and enhanced her striking features with a touch of subtle makeup.

It comes after Nick went Instagram official with Costeen last month, sharing a photo on his grid of the couple cuddled up together.

Nick also shared more photos on his Instagram Stories of the pair looking loved-up while on their way to a luxurious hotel suite.

He wrote in the caption: ‘I’m blessed.’

‘This is to the New Year and a chance for all of us to get it right,’ he added, hinting at his tumultuous split from ex Chiara Passari, which made headlines last year.

Nick’s split from Chiara came after a heated clash in hotel quarantine in Adelaide on October 7, which resulted in police being called to the scene.

He had first been pictured with Costeen in December at a basketball game at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.

While it’s unclear how they met, Costeen is a budding influencer who recently graduated from university with a bachelor’s degree in psychological science.

Meanwhile, Nick’s tennis dreams were almost thrown into disarray after he confirmed he had tested positive to Covid recently, and was forced to withdraw from the Sydney Tennis Classic last Monday.

‘The reason I have had to pull out of Sydney is because I tested positive for Covid. I am feeling healthy at the moment with no symptoms,’ he wrote in a statement at the time.

‘I wish everyone all the best and to stay safe where you can. If all goes well I will see you all at the Australian Open.’
