Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins doubles over and struggles to breathe during Bachelor finale

Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins has reportedly already split from rumoured Bachelor winner Brittany Hockley.

And a new teaser appears to show the moment that the former Wallabies star realises he’s not in love with any of the finalists.

Set in picturesque New Caledonia, a suit-clad Nick nervously awaits for the finalists to arrive and within seconds he dramatically doubles over as the weight of his decision becomes all too much.

A voice over is heard saying: ‘Hold on to your roses Australia, here comes the most heart-stopping end to a series you’ve ever seen.’

With his hands on his knees, Nick is seen hunched over and struggling to breathe in a scene that is reminiscent of Matty J during the Bachelorette finale with Georgia Love in 2016.

‘I came here for a real shot at love,’ Nick says in the teaser.

Last week, Woman’s Day claimed the former rugby star failed to find his happily ever after and that he dumped the winner soon after filming wrapped.

‘Things fell apart soon after the series ended and he refused to “fake it” to appease the network [Channel Ten],’ an on-set source told the magazine.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Ten for comment.

Brooke Blurton reportedly leaves the show early after dropping a bombshell, leaving Nick heartbroken, Woman’s Day reported last week.

On Sunday, it was revealed that Nick is fleeing Australia ahead of this week’s finale.

Nick’s friend recently confirmed the curly-haired hunk will not be around to take part in the press circuit that will follow the finale episode.

Instead, Nick is flying to Papua New Guinea on Monday morning and will be spending eight days on the Kokoda jungle trek – presumably out of phone range.

‘If he can deal with 30 women then I’m pretty sure walking through the jungle for eight days is going to be a walk in the park,’ James Brodie, who will be competing in the grueling challenge with Nick for charity, told the Manly Daily on Saturday.

James also hinted that Nick’s experience on The Bachelor will definitely help him on their trek, adding: ‘I think it absolutely helped his mental state and built his mental toughness to deal with all these sorts of things.’

The confirmation that Nick will not be in Australia for the finale is a telling sign that appears to confirm reports he has ‘split’ from rumoured winner Brittany Hockley.

Usually following a Bachelor finale, the winner will accompany their partner during interviews after finally being able to go public with their relationship.
