It comes Nicola stated that she believes she wouldn’t have been chosen to appear in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! without her fake boobs.
But she has also insisted that cosmetic surgery isn’t for the ‘faint-hearted’ as she detailed having her nipples taken off and repositioned during one augmentation procedure.
Since her first boob job aged 22, which took her from a C cup to an E cup, Nicola has had a further two, taking her up to a GG cup.
Nicola told The Sun: ‘The problem with Instagram and shows like Love Island is it’s made these ops look really obtainable, but it’s not for the faint-hearted.

‘The recovery time after my most recent uplift was quite long, and they even had to take my nipples off and reapply them for the surgery. That said, I love mine – and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.’
However, Nicola confessed that, in hindsight, having her first surgery at 22 was ‘too young,’ but also admitted: ‘I don’t think I’d have been chosen for I’m A Celebrity in 2008 without them.’
In January, Nicola revealed she spent £4,000 on vaginal surgery after going through a secret battle with incontinence.

The glamour model gave birth to her two children, Striker and Rocky, naturally, causing her to suffer through the condition.
The star told The Sun that she was not able to go for a jog or even play on a trampoline without leaking.
She had to put her husband Tom Williams on a six week ‘sex ban’ after the non-surgical procedure, and revealed he thought she was ‘mad for doing it.’
Nicola said: ‘Luckily everything was amazing. Tom thinks I was mad for doing this, but like with all my surgeries, I say, “You’ll love it when it’s done”.’
Pre-surgery: Since her first boob job aged 22, which took her from a C cup to an E cup (Pictured pre-surgery in March 2001)
The star justified the procedure, saying her life before was ‘no way to live,’ she went on: ‘After two natural births, it certainly does change things.’
Vaginoplasty is a procedure to construct or repair the vagina, and many celebrities – including Gemma Collins have chosen to get it done.
Nicola said: ‘The GC was speaking about it a while ago and I thought, “She hasn’t got any kids, I need to look into this”.’
She also discussed how daunted she felt by padded knickers, and that the thought of wearing them pushed her towards having the op.
Going on about the taboo condition, she said that he pelvic floors aren’t what they used to be after giving birth, and believes people don’t speak out on it because people may think it means you have a ‘massive vagina.’
