Nicole Kidman and Keith relocating to Oz ‘permanently’

They’ve just listed their stunning Tennessee retreat for sale, for $3.45 million. 

And it’s now been reported that Hollywood star Nicole Kidman, 50, and singer husband Keith Urban, 50, are planning a ‘permanent’ move back to Australia. 

Woman’s Day have reported the pair are ‘house hunting,’ and it’s been a desire of Nicole to move back Down Under for some time.

The publication reports that the pair are planning to relocate to Sydney, to be closer to Nicole’s mother, Janelle, who lives on the North Shore. 

The pair are reportedly looking at mansions in the pricey suburbs of Mosman and Balmoral. 

‘Nicole has been longing to move back to Oz for some time now,’ a source told the magazine.

The source added: ‘She and Keith have always said they’d eventually settle here, they were just waiting for the right time.’

They added that the couple are changing their lives before their daughters start high school.

‘Keith and Nicole always said they’d try to move before the girls start secondary school and they know the process may take a while, so they’re trying to get their ducks in a row now,’ the source added. 

Daily Mail Australia has contacted a representative of Nicole for comment.

The red-brick home is set across 36 acres of rolling hills and boasts a home gym, a walk-in closet and a separate cottage on the grounds for the staff. 

The pair also have another mansion just 25km away,  with a pool and tennis court. 

They own several properties around Sydney, a stunning $4.7 million Beverly Hills mansion and a 110 acre spread called in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.

The pièce de résistance of course is their $10 million Manhattan penthouse apartment, which features a suspended car space inside the property.
