Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are selling one of their homes in Tennessee.
The celebrity couple are reportedly saying goodbye to their 14.5 hectare $4.83 million ($3.45m USD) mansion, which is up for sale this week, expecting a cool $1.6 million profit on the $3.2 million ($2.4m USD) they bought it for in 2007.
According to Variety, the pair bought the ‘almost 36-acre, two-parcel spread’ in two separate transactions back in 2007.

They list the dimensions as a tick over 5,000 square feet, housing 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Rolling green hills and thick forests of trees intersect the long, gravel walk leading to a truly gorgeous red brick home, conjuring images of pre-1950’s suburban America.

It contrasts a refreshing, modern interior, featuring a master suite on the top floor with its own palatial bathroom, walk-in closet, comfy sitting room and separate guest bedroom.
Elsewhere, another loft-style bedroom is neatly wedged in beneath the estate’s steeply pitched ceilings and a gym room decked-out with treadmills and weights equipment sits a few rooms over.
Downstairs, It’s easy to imagine Keith Urban whiling summer days away on the ornate grand piano in the living room.
It’s flooded with natural light from huge windows on the walls and ceiling, while two statement oversized lamps stand behind a colour-matched armchair and a gorgeous circular wooden table.

There’s a separate cottage housed on the property, rumoured to be for caretakers or staff.

They own several properties around Sydney, a stunning $4.7 million Beverly Hills mansion and a 110 acre spread called in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.
The pièce de résistance of course is their $10 million Manhattan penthouse apartment, which features a suspended car space inside the property.
