And Nicole Kidman has explained the gag, when talking to Renee Bargh on Extra.
The 50-year-old gushed about her musician husband and said how ‘cheeky’ he really is.

On New Year’s Eve, Nicole and Keith appeared on CNN’s New Year’s Eve show, when Keith made a cheeky joke.
Keith, 50, began to list the Christmas presents he bought for Nicole to the show’s hosts Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen, but realised almost too late that some of the gifts weren’t appropriate to share on live television.
‘I gave Nic a backpack, some amazing jewellery, and umm, things we can’t talk about,’ he joked.
In another exchange Andy asked what the temperature was like in Nashville and Keith replied with a startling: ‘Well, there’s only one ball dropping tonight!’ Just Jared reports.
Nicole was understandably shocked at her husband’s bold admission.
