Opting for a preppy style, Nicole paired the ensemble with Doc Martin style chunky boots to toughen up the look.
The singer seemed downcast as she failed to raise a smile as she headed out of the taxi and hid her long raven black tresses under a black trim hat.
The Don’t Cha hitmaker sported a bright red lip for the occasion and complemented the look with a black smokey eye.

Her shopping trip comes after she joined her X Factor act, Kevin Davy White in Glasgow earlier this week.
Nicole stunned fans as she took to the stage at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro Arena to cheer on her former act and 2012 X Factor winner, James Arthur.
James was performing at the arena as part of his UK tour and offered his old mentor the chance to introduce Kevin to the crowd.
The pair had given the X Factor hopeful some much needed encouragement before his big stage performance.
The Hawaiian beauty hit all the right notes in a studded leather jacket and oversized white top as she joined Kevin on stage, and at one point grabbed the microphone to show off her own lyrical ability.

Kevin’s performance last Sunday had all four judges to their feet following his rendition of Jimi Hendrix’s Voodoo Child.
‘I would never see someone like you,’ Louis began. ‘Everything is real about you… It’s so unusual to hear a Jimi Hendrix song on X Factor.’
Echoing his sentiments, Sharon gushed: ‘You’ve stunned me for what you have evolved into… and I know this is what you love to do. To see how you’ve evolved is incredible and I loved it.’
The rocking performance left Simon stunned as he shared: ‘This was honestly incredible… as Nicole would say you put your balls on the line.’

Completely in awe of her act, Nicole enthused: ‘You are the Muhammad Ali of this competition’ as she got to her feet in excitement.
Kevin will be competing for the X Factor crown against Grace Davies and Rak-Su, and with all three singers embracing different types of music and singing styles it is all to play for.
The final is set to take place much earlier than anticipated this year, as the ITV series attempts to get out in front of Strictly Come Dancing, whose final is two weeks later.
The X Factor final begins on Saturday 2 December at 7:05pm on ITV
