NRL: James Graham EXPLODES at reporters who started Mitchell Moses to the Roosters rumour

James Graham EXPLODES at reporters who started Mitchell Moses to the Roosters rumour – branding the ‘b****es’ an ‘absolute disgrace’ for playing with the Eels star’s mental health

James Graham has launched an astonishing attack on media figures in the NRL after Mitchell Moses put to bed any doubts about his Parramatta future.

The gun halfback, 28, has put pen to paper on a new deal that will keep him at the Eels until 2028, having been linked with unlikely moves to the Roosters and the Tigers.

And former NRL star turned pundit Graham has lashed speculation that Moses was looking elsewhere, insisting that the media had no regard for the 28-year-old’s mental health during the saga.

‘What little b****es they are,’ he said on Triple M. ‘What two little b****es.

‘No, I’m sorry, in the world of mental health, how has Moses been these past couple of days? Like in terms of waiting to put out fires and, you know, ‘oh, are you leaving?’ do you think that helps him?

‘Because you two want to start a rumour, you little b****es. What an absolute disgrace, they sound like my mum and my sister gossiping. I hate gossipers. Like they p*** me off.’

It remains unclear as to which two figures Graham is referring to.

Despite reports emerging on Thursday, Eels coach Brad Arthur was still in the dark before the Panthers game, saying he and the team had yet to be informed of the decision.

‘Unless Mitch has got news for us later in the team meeting, we haven’t been told that yet,’ he said.

The 28-year-old already had an option in his favour for next season, but the new deal – worth $1.2million a year – will keep him at the Eels long-term.

At different stages Moses also hit back at suggestions he was greedy or handing too much power to his management, as Parramatta slipped to an 0-3 start.

But Moses decided to stay loyal to the Eels and he capped off a remarkable day with a dream match-winning golden point field goal to clinch a huge victory over Penrith.

His signature comes after five-eighth Dylan Brown signed a new deal with the NRL club in January, locking him in until 2025 with an option in the playmaker’s favour to extend it to 2031.
