Gutherson responded to the image through his Twitter account on Tuesday afternoon, saying his public school education was the reason for him not being able to tie a tie.
‘For everyone asking about the tie,I have no idea how to do a tie, one of the guys got me a beauty,Kind regards public school kid with no tie,’ Gutherson said.
Despite his inability to tie a tie, Gutherson has been fantastic for Parramatta this season.

He injured his ACL in late July which unfortunately ended his season, vastly impacting the Eels’ premiership hopes. They currently sit fourth a week away from the finals.
