Homebush West, Ram’s Food – June 25 from 11.10am – 12.10pm

Botany, Service NSW – June 28 from 8am – 5pm, June 30 from 8am – 5pm and July 1 from 8am – 5pm

Five Dock, Pharmacy 4 Less – June 29 from 10.40am – 10.55am    

Five Dock, Chemist Warehouse – Tuesday 29 June 10.30am – 10.40am

Mortdale, Woolworths – Wednesday 30 June 5.30pm – 6.40pm

Anyone who attended any of the following venues at the times listed is a casual contact and must immediately get tested and self-isolate until a negative result is received

Wing Fat Meat Market, Auburn, Sunday 27 June, 10.00am – 10.10am

Chemist Warehouse, Drummoyne, Tuesday 29 June 10.30am – 10.40am

Woolworths Metro, Potts Point, Tuesday 29 June, 6.15pm to 6.30pm
