The senior constable is facing four counts of common assault and two counts of aggravated indecent assault.
He is accused of assaulting three people – one of them twice – in April 2001.
A NSW Police spokesperson confirmed a senior constable had been charged with a number of serious offences and is on bail while awaiting trial.
He has been suspended without pay and will appear in court in September.
