Officers continue their hunt for Britain’s most wanted as nine murder suspects appear on the list

Eight men are currently on the UK’s most wanted list for murder but police hunting the suspects believe a number of them have fled abroad…

Ossama Hamed

Ossama Hamed, 25, also known as Ziad Hamed, is wanted by the Metropolitan Police for a murder on Park Lane in London on January 1, 2019. 

Police said Hamed was outside 80 Park Lane at around 5.30am with a group of ‘associates’ who were trying to gain access to a party. A fight broke out when entry was denied and he is accused of stabbing a number of security guards employed at the party.

Hamed is alleged to have stabbed Tudor Simionov, a 33-year-old security guard, in the chest. Mr Simionov died at the scene, and a number of other security guards sustained injuries. Hamed is believed to have left the country.

Kevin Thomas Parle

Kevin Thomas Parle is wanted in connection with the murder of 16-year-old Liam Kelly, who was gunned down in Toxteth, Liverpool, in June 2004. 

He is thought to be in hiding on the Costa del Sol and has previously been named as Spain’s most wanted. 

The 6ft 6in, 33-year-old who goes by the nickname Hemp, has been on the run since 2005.  

Liam had been arguing with a man called Anthony Campbell over a £200 debt. 

In 2007, a Crown Court trial heard Liam had gone to a meeting point and Campbell turned up with Parle, who is alleged to have fired the fatal shot.

Derek McGraw Ferguson

Police are looking for Derek McGraw Ferguson, who has several nicknames, including William Murdoch Henderson, Deco/Dekko/Decco/Decko.

He is being sought in connection with the murder of father-of-three barman Thomas Cameron on June 28, 2007 at the Auchinairn Tavern, Bishopbriggs near Glasgow. 

Ferguson is believed to be on the Costa del Sol and in touch with associates in Glasgow who are funding him. 

He is bald, has green/blue eyes and is approximately 5ft 1in tall.

Allan James Foster 

It is alleged that Allan James Foster murdered David ‘Noddy’ Rice, 42, on May 24, 2006 in his car at South Shields’ Marsden Grotto.

‘Noddy’ Rice, a convicted drugs dealer, was killed with a semi-automatic handgun. 

Allan Foster, the main suspect, is thought to have fled to Spain in the days following the killing. 

Noddy and Foster, both from South Shields, had been friends before the fatal shooting.

Foster is also wanted for two offences of conspiring to supply controlled drugs and also for the theft of a diamond ring. 

He is also alleged to have links to the Canary Islands and Majorca, 

Foster is approximately 5ft 7in tall, and uses the alias Shaun Michael Wilkinson.

David Ungi

David Ungi, also known as David Riccio, is wanted for murder, attempted assault occasioning grievous bodily harm and conspiracy to supply heroin.

In July 2015 Ungi, who was 24 at the time, and two associates were in a car on Banks Road in Garston, Liverpool.

Police believe the vehicle rammed a motorcycle carrying two males. 

A single shot from a 12-gauge shotgun was fired inflicting a fatal injury to one of the men, Garston teen Vinny Waddington, and injuring the other. 

Ungi is also alleged to be involved in the unlawful distribution of controlled drugs in the Liverpool area.

Farouk Abdulhak 

Farouk Abdulhak is wanted in connection with the death of  23-year-old Martine Vik Magnussen whose body was found in a Westminster basement. 

Farouk Abdulhak was identified as a suspect who fled the UK within hours of Martine’s disappearance and has refused to return to the UK. 

He is thought to have travelled to Yemen.

Martine Vik Magnussen was strangled after she went out to celebrate her end-of-term exams at a Mayfair nhtclub in 2008

Martine was last seen in the early hours of 14 March 2008; she had been celebrating her end of term exams with other students from the Regent’s Business School at the Maddox nightclub in Mayfair, London. 

Her body was found two days later in the basement of flats in Great Portland Street. 

A post-mortem examination gave cause of death as compression to the neck.

Mohammed Abdi 

Mohammed Abdi, also known as Fadunnia Mahamed, is wanted for a murder committed just before 3:30pm on March 28, 2017 in Featherstone Road, Southall. 

The victim was chased and attacked by a group of males armed with weapons. 

He was stabbed seven times and died of his injuries. 

 

 

 

Name unknown

Cleveland police have released an image of a nameless suspect they want to speak to in connection with the death of of 30-year-old Hemwand Ali Hussain in Hartlepool on Saturday, September 14. 

Officers believe the man pictured may have been in the Cleveland area at the time of the alleged murder. He is thought to have potential links with Bolton, Sheffield and Leeds.

Three men, aged 22, 31 and 38 have been charged in connection with Mr Hussain’s death and inquiries are ongoing.

Detective Superintendent Dai Malyn of the Cleveland and North Yorkshire Major Investigation Team said: ‘We’re urgently trying to identify and speak with this man and we would ask that he make immediate contact with us. 

‘We believe this man may have been in the Cleveland area at the time of the alleged murder. Detectives have information to suggest he was a passenger in a Silver Mercedes E Class.’

Police also appealed for people living in or near to the Charterhouse Street area of Hartlepool who might have seen anything or anyone suspicious in the days leading up to Mr Hussain’s death to contact them.

Four other men also appear on the list who are wanted for attempted murder. Two of those men are James Gillespie and his brother Barry Gillespie. 

Nicknamed ‘The Brothers,’ they are sought in connection with the abduction and attempted murder of Robert Allan in 2015 as well as directing serious and organised crime throughout the UK and Europe.

There is a reward of up to £5,000 for information given to Crimestoppers that assists the police to arrest James Gillespie and a separate £5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Barry Gillespie. 

The brothers have links to Spain, Tenerife and Portugal and have been accused of heading Scotland’s biggest and richest organised crime gang. 

The Daily Record reported in February this year that the Gillespies were based in the Algarve for about a decade but police don’t know where they are now. 

They are believed to be behind a massive criminal network that stretches from Scotland to South America and are also wanted for flooding Scotland with large quantities of cocaine and firearms.
