Old Street Tube station is evacuated

Old Street Tube station has been evacuated as armed police carry out an investigation. 

Video footage from the scene shows at least 12 police vehicles parked near the Old Street ‘Magic roundabout’.

Ambulances are also in attendance.

MailOnline has contacted Metropolitan Police for comment.
