Olivia Attwood looks pensive as she steps out after branding her ex Chris Hughes ‘toxic’

She branded her relationship with ex-boyfriend Chris Hughes ‘toxic’ in a new interview with MailOnline.

And on Thursday morning, Olivia Attwood, 30, looked pensive as she stepped out in Manchester clad in a baby pink tracksuit and co-ordinating Chanel handbag, after dishing the dirt on her time with Chris, 28, revealing that they ‘argued constantly’.

The former Love Island star kept things low-key in her hoodie and joggers, with her deep bronze tan on display.

Olivia teamed her tracksuit with box-fresh white trainers and a textured designer handbag.

Her blonde tresses were scraped up into a large bun on the top of her head and wore a rimless pair of oversized glasses.

It comes after Olivia revealed her relationship with ex Chris was so ‘all consuming’ and ‘toxic’ that it pushed her back into the arms of her now-fiancé Bradley Dack, 27.

In an exclusive chat with MailOnline, the former Love Island star said that her and Chris – who found love on series 3 of the ITV show – were ‘incompatible as a couple’ and insisted that ‘it wasn’t meant to be.’

After leaving the villa in 2017, Olivia ended her relationship with Chris and got back together with her footballer ex, Bradley who she split up with just before entering the show.

Speaking ahead of the second series of Olivia Meet Her Match this week, she said: ‘Me and Brad were just lying in bed the other day and we thought how mad our journey has been. Obviously we had the breakup and everything was up in the air.

‘I thought when I was in Love Island that was it. I was so done with him but then I ended up in another relationship that ended up being so toxic and all-consuming.

‘And sometimes that’s what happens and it pushes you back to your ex. After that we needed a good year to find our footing as a couple again. I still wasn’t sure.

‘It was toxic with Chris and we argued a lot. I never had that problem with Brad, we never argued.’

She continued: ‘I was just incompatible with Chris. You meet on this show and things are very different in the real world. You think ‘oh s**t do we actually have stuff in common?’ It wasn’t meant to be.’

After her failed romance with Chris, Olivia reunited with Bradley and the couple then got engaged in 2019.

Speaking about her wedding plans she said: ‘We are still aiming for the wedding to be this summer in June when all the restrictions hopefully end. I would love to still get married this summer. We want to carry on as we planned.’

Olivia – who has just bought a new house in Cheshire with Bradley – also confirmed that she will be filming some of her nuptials to feature on the show.

She said: ‘I really want to share some of the day with fans and so they can experience the event with us.

‘They’ve all been on such a journey with me since Love Island it would be unfair if I didn’t show some of it. To be honest I forget the cameras are on a lot of the time!’

Olivia has also already picked her wedding dress and has opted for a bespoke gown after struggling to make her mind up.

She said: ‘I ended up going for a fully bespoke dress. I was trying to choose and tried on so many but couldn’t decide so it was suggested to just pick different bits I liked from all the dresses.’

Discussing her emotions ahead of the big day she said: ‘At the moment I’m just so excited to have everyone together but when it gets to the actual day I will be so nervous.

‘I have this huge fear that we are going to start laughing when we are stood at the altar. I want the ceremony to be short and sweet.

‘That’s just what me and Brad are always like, just laughing at everything. We always look around at all the couple’s on Valentine’s Day and just cringe. We’re like two big kids in this new house.’

During the chat Olivia also spoke about this year’s upcoming series of Love Island and says she’ll ‘definitely be watching.’

She said: ‘It’s been off screen for a year so everyone will be so excited. I couldn’t watch the series after mine as it was too raw, I was like ‘she’s in my bed!’ but now I’m looking forward to it.

‘The show does evolve though. There’s not the same level of naivety and innocence. We had no idea what it would be like when we left – I thought I’d go back to my day job, maybe do a few PAs.

‘But now when people go in they know the potential of the show. It’s still good entertainment, it’s just the way things go.’

Meanwhile Olivia has been busy filming series two of her ITVBe reality series Olivia Meets Her Match.

In February, it was announced that the second season of Olivia’s successful TV show was to return in the spring.

Elsewhere, the pair rescued an adorable puppy from Romania named Lola.
