In one photo, the Grease icon looked stunning as she wore a vibrant fuschia cardigan and quirky floral scarf.

Her short blonde tresses were styled in tousled waves around her face as she opted for a soft makeup look consisting of nude lips and bold liner.

Olivia seemed to be enjoying a glass of soft drink as she rested her arms on the table and wore a concentrated but sullen facial expression.

Later, Olivia strutted down the streets of Melbourne with Paul as they were captured engaging in what appeared to be an amusing conversation.

Paul cuddled up to the entertainer as she was clad in a crisp white button-up shirt, a leather jacket and billowing pants.

And Olivia is rumoured to make an appearance on the film according to sources from Woman’s Day, who claim the movie is Paul’s way of showing support for her third time battle with cancer.

‘Olivia and Paul have been good friends for decades,’ the source revealed on Monday.

They continued: ‘It makes sense he’d want her to play a part in the movie, especially because it’s about him.’

‘Despite everything Olivia’s going through, she didn’t stop smiling. It was wonderful to see her looking so happy and see Paul rallying around her.’

Olivia was first diagnosed with cancer in 1992 with stage four breast cancer. In 2013, she then battled cancer for the second time in her shoulder.

The star succeeded in beating the illness twice with the use of chemotherapy, alternative natural medicine and medical marijuana.

Olivia was diagnosed with a third cancer at the base of her spine in 2017.

Speaking to BBC in September, Olivia said: ‘I’m one a millions in this fight – I shouldn’t say fight – in journey.

‘A lot of people see it as a fight, and wherever you choose to see it, that’s your prerogative. I see it as part of my mission,’ she concluded.
