Gladys Berejiklian has shared a hilarious throwback photo as part of the #MeAt20 challenge.

The New South Wales premier tweeted a photo from her 21st birthday in 1992.

The baby-faced future politician donned a blonde wig and superwoman outfit for her birthday celebration. 

‘Embarrassing I know, but this is from my 21st (nearly 20),’ Ms Berejiklian captioned the photo.

Berejiklian was born in Sydney in 1970 to Armenian immigrant parents. She spoke only Armenian until she was five years old, when she began learning English. 

She joined the Liberal Party in 1993, and became the leader of the NSW Liberal Party in January 2017 following the resignation of Mike Baird.  

Victorian Chief Health Officer Professor Brett Sutton also joined in on the viral trend and shared a photo of himself at the age of 22.

Prof Sutton looked every inch the 70s hippie in the black and white photo, with curly shoulder-length brown hair, a large necklace and band t-shirt. 

The highly respected clinician, who was appointed Victoria’s Chief Health Officer in March last year, has been working closely with the state government during the coronavirus pandemic.
