OnlyFans model and her ‘crypto bro’ boyfriend star in ‘cringeworthy’ Valentine’s Day campaign

Fast-fashion brand Beginning Boutique has been panned for its ‘cringeworthy’ new Valentines Day campaign starring OnlyFans model Mikaela Testa and her cryto investor boyfriend Atis Paul.

The highly sexualised advertisement, which was released on Wednesday, which shows the scantily-clad couple getting frisky inside a sprawling mansion, has been compared to porn.

Mikaela leaves little to the imagination in the clip, parading around and pulling seductive poses in skimpy lace lingerie.

One particularly eyebrow-raising moment occurs in a bedroom scene where Atis shoots fake money from a toy gun over his girlfriend’s body.

In another controversial scene, a braless Mikaela is filmed swimming around a pool wearing a white singlet emblazoned with the words ‘I am SO a virgin’.

Perhaps the most bizarre moment occurs when Mikaela – who claims to be a vegan – sprays whipped cream into her mouth.

As first reported by Outspoken Podcast, the campaign has already sparked plenty of backlash in the hours since it was released, with some critics comparing the footage to ‘porn’.

‘This is all kinds of disappointing’, one user commented beneath Beginning Boutique’s video post.

‘Advertisement for PornHub subscription? Beginning Boutique’s team missed the mark here,’ another wrote.

Slamming the money-shooting gun scene, one critic commented: ‘yeah, nah. A man shooting money at a woman? Feel like a man… directed this. It ain’t it.’

Elsewhere, another user blasted Beginning Boutique for selling a shirt that says ‘I am SO a virgin,’ writing: ‘I thought you guys were better than this.’

Mikaela and Atis have never been shy to document themselves getting handsy on social media, often pushing the envelope with their X-rated content.

The racy couple, who started dating in 2020, made headlines in June after Mikaela uploaded a video of the couple engaging in a sexual act in public.

In 2019, Mikaela was banned from TikTok for breaching ‘multiple community guidelines’ with her racy content.

She was also famously mocked online in 2019, after she broke down on camera after finding out that Instagram had stopped showing the number of ‘likes’ on all her posts.

‘If you think this is OK you can f*** off, it’s actually a sad day for those who have Instagram as a job,’ Mikaela said at the time.

‘Regardless of what you may think Instagram is a REAL job and those in the industry have worked hard to get where they’re at. It’s people that aren’t even in the industry that think it’s a f***ing joke. It’s not, it’s real damage out here.’

She said she has put her ‘blood, sweat and tears’ into her online presence and ‘every brand and business’ she knows was suffering.

Even though she directly referenced the rule changes in her video, according to The Daily Telegraph, she later said the emotional video had nothing to do with the new rules.

‘Since there are a few rude people misinterpreting this video, this has nothing to do with Instagram removing likes that is the dumbest thing I’ve heard,’ she said on the original post.

‘This has everything to do with the disgusting hurtful comments and messages I’ve received over the past week and I just need a break.’
