OnlyFans star referred to sex encounter with Stephen Cloobeck as consensual, texts reveal

The OnlyFans porn star who accused a billionaire democrat donor of raping her last year, referred to their sexual encounter as consensual the next day, bombshell texts reveal.

Ex-Playboy model Stefanie Gurzanski claimed timeshare magnate Stephen Cloobeck forcibly performed oral sex on her without her consent the first day they met in July 2020, in court documents filed in September – months after he sued her for fraud.

But the day after the alleged rape, Gurzanski, 26, sent texts to a matchmaker who set her up with Cloobeck, 59, saying ‘I let him go down on me’ and adding that she expected luxury gifts.

‘I want to be shown something that makes me wanna see him after tomorrow obviously,’ the nude model wrote to the matchmaker, Katherine Le, in an exchange of messages exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com. ‘Flowers ain’t s**t.’

In a July 29, 2020 exchange with Katherine Le, she wrote: ‘I’m down for the situation and I think he is too that’s why I let him go down on me’

‘I wanted to give him a taste so he would want more I’ll see him tomorrow and not do anything and let him know what I want if we are to keep seeing eachother [sic] and go from there I guess!’

In earlier texts from July 28, Le offered to set up Gurzanski with Cloobeck, describing him as ‘a great guy super generous looking for a gf. Very very generous, he’s older, single.’

Gurzanski responded that she was ‘looking for someone to do like rent and gifts. Lots of gifts tho.’

The matchmaker told the model that Cloobeck has ‘given checks and Birkens, the whole loub store if he really likes you, right away.’

The messages threaten to throw a wrench in Gurzanski’s legal action against her ex by appearing to contradict her legal claims.

Cloobeck and Gurzanski dated from July to December last year, when their relationship spectacularly imploded, sparking a legal battle.

Cloobeck sued Gurzanski in January, claiming she is a ‘con artist’ who bilked him for $1.3million in gifts over their roughly six-month relationship.

In her restraining order filing, multiple police reports and media interviews, and in discussions with attorneys Gurzanski over the next eight months Gurzanski did not mention a sexual assault – until she filed a counter-complaint with the explosive claims in September.

In her filing, the former Playboy star accused Cloobeck of ‘assault and sexual battery’, and said he bought her $70,000 of Louboutin shoes the next day to ‘make up for raping her’.

‘On the first day they met, on July 29, 2020, at the [Beverly Hills] Property, Ms. Gurzanski, after the acquaintance that introduced them left the room, was left alone with Cloobeck,’ her legal papers said.

‘Once they were alone, Cloobeck, without permission or consent, proceeded to stand up, forcibly grab Ms. Gurzanski, pull up her dress and put his head between her legs and sexually assault Ms. Gurzanski without her consent.

‘Ms. Gurzanski was shocked, frightened and left with a feeling of loss of control. After the assault and sexual battery, Cloobeck made a little small talk and left.

‘Ms. Gurzanski was left confused and disoriented in Cloobeck’s wake and to understand and rationalize what had just been done to her by the self-proclaimed man of almost limitless wealth and political power.

‘Like many abused individuals who do not believe that they could have been in such a situation, she did her best to rationalize and excuse what happened.’

Gurzanski’s texts, obtained by DailyMail.com, show her conversations with the matchmaker the day before, day of, and day after the incident.

Gurzanski told Le that she expected luxury gifts, adding: 'Flowers ain't s**t.'

During Cloobeck and Gurzanski’s first day together on July 29, 2020, the model wrote to Le: ‘He seems pretty into me right? Thinking I should not bang so he try’s [sic] harder.’

When Le asked her ‘How did it go?!’ later that day, she replied: ‘Really good! He’s super sweet and a easy to get along with. He went down on me like as soon as u left lol. We like fooled around but didn’t bang… He had flowers delivered and said let’s hang out tomorrow.’

Le asked if she was happy and the model said ‘I mean if he’s going to spoil me then ya. But obviously I had let him have a taste of how it could be with me so now he definitely needs to take care of me but I obviously took that chance.

‘Maybe just touch base with him and ask where his heads at with me and warn him on what I’m gunna want from him. I’m definitely not going to bang him til he spoils me.

‘But he’s super nice and I’m down for the situation and I think he is too that’s why I let him go down on me and he c**e in like two seconds from me touching him lol.’

Gurzanski was keen to note to her matchmaker that ‘I’m not getting paid for sex it’s more like a long term is what I’m ok with.’

‘I wanted to give him a taste so he would want more I’ll see him tomorrow and not do anything and let him know what I want if we are to keep seeing each other and go from there I guess!’ she added.

She also alluded to Le getting paid for introducing the couple. ‘He did mention to me that he would take care of you because of us hanging out,’ Gurzanski wrote to the matchmaker.

Cloobeck’s lawyer, Patricia Glaser, claims the texts show Gurzanski’s legal claims are ‘fabrications, inaccuracies and misstatements of fact’.

‘These texts from her provide convincing evidence that Gurzanski’s accusations against Stephen Cloobeck of rape and sexual assault were complete lies,’ she told DailyMail.com.

‘To be crystal clear, Cloobeck has only engaged in consensual sexual relationships and has never assaulted nor battered anyone, including Gurzanski.

‘As the texts prove, Cloobeck treated her as a queen, while she was cynically exploiting the relationship to steal from him. She now has the audacity to attempt to extract additional cash, harm his reputation, and maintain the illusion that she is a victim, instead of the con artist she really is. In light of this new evidence, we expect to be fully vindicated in court.’

The model’s lawyer, Arthur Barens, told DailyMail.com that his client referred to the sexual encounter as consensual in her texts because she wanted to ‘save face’ with Le.

‘She was extremely embarrassed about what happened to her and the suddenness and abruptness of the way Cloobeck exploits her,’ he said. ‘She is trying to save face with her girlfriend.’

Barens added that Gurzanski was justified in expecting gifts as a form of reciprocity in her relationship, and that Cloobeck’s lawsuit is ‘all an ego trip’ because he ‘cannot allow a woman to reject him’.

Gurzanski - who has 1.8million followers on Instagram -  filed a countersuit against her ex-boyfriend earlier this month accusing him of sexually assaulting her on the first day they met and then buying her $70,000 worth of Louboutins the next day as a 'peace offering'

In Gurzanski’s restraining order filing from January this year she claims Cloobeck was harassing her, threatening to ruin her life with lawsuits, but described the first time they met in glowing terms without any allusions to sexual assault.

‘I felt Stephen and I had chemistry and I grew interested in spending more time with him,’ she wrote. ‘At the end of the night, Stephen invited me to go out with him the next day.

‘On the weekend of July 31, 2020, Stephen and I went out together to Rodeo Drive. He took me shopping. He lavished me with gifts, although we had just met.

‘During our day out, I grew interested in Stephen and felt that our relationship could grow into something special. In fact, Stephen and I had so much chemistry that we started spending time together on a daily basis. I also started spending every night at Stephen’s home.’

Barens said Gurzanski told him at the time of her restraining order filing that she had been sexually assaulted, but they decided to focus on harassment rather than rape allegations because they lacked evidence at the time.

‘She had to hire a security guard. He was having her followed, leaving documents on her front porch, threatening her that people were going to come to her apartment,’ he told DailyMail.com.

‘We wanted to be secure that when we filed the restraining order that we had sufficient and overwhelming evidence that the judge recognized.

‘If we had simply gone in there with uncorroborated allegations, we would have never gotten a restraining order.’

The relationship appeared to deepen over the weeks following Cloobeck and Gurzanski’s first meeting, with the model even writing him love notes.

Celebrating his birthday in October three months into their romance, the model brought him a cookie iced with an edible photo of herself in a black bikini, accompanied by a card.

‘Every day that goes by gives me another reason to love you,’ she wrote in the card.

‘You teach me, you love me, you care for me in ways I have always wished a man would. When I think of you I see the happiest loving man that I respect and can’t see myself without.

‘You make me a happier person and I hope I can express myself through my actions and words enough to show you how much I truly am thankful for you and adore you. I love you Baby. Happy Birthday my love.’

Another raunchy birthday gift from Gurzanski to her boyfriend was a custom 2021 calendar with nude photos of the model arched over a birthday cake, holding a riding crop, and sprawled on a Schumann piano scattered with rose petals.

Glaser, a partner at Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP, is no stranger to the other side of sexual misconduct cases involving powerful men, having represented Lindsey Boylan who accused Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment.

But the billionaire’s attorney said she believes this case is different to the scores of legitimate claims in the Me Too movement.

‘I am appalled at an allegation of rape,’ Glaser, told DailyMail.com. ‘There is a whole bevvy of women mistreated by men. Their stories deserve to be told and listened to, and things fixed. This is not one of them.

‘There are women who have been horribly traumatized by something and they’ve kept it under wraps for way too long. That’s nothing like this.’

The Democrat donor who has given to Barack Obama and Pete Buttigieg’s campaigns, said Le portrayed Gurzanski as a ‘good girl’ and a potential future wife.

Le ‘told him that she could find him the woman of his dreams – one who would take care of him and love and cherish him for the rest of his life,’ a declaration by the businessman filed in a Los Angeles court said.

Cloobeck claims Gurzanski, who has 1.8 million Instagram followers, told him she was a ‘high fashion model’. What he didn’t know, he says, is that Gurzanski used to work in porn under the stage name of Stefanie Knight, starring as a Playboy model in their TV shows, and even allegedly masturbated on camera for her fans.

Barens, however, told DailyMail.com that Cloobeck ‘knew all about what Stefanie did for a living before he ever met her.’

‘That’s the big lie in this case. Evidence will come out that will show he absolutely knew who she was, knew what she did for a living, and was well aware of all that,’ the model’s attorney said.

According to her IMDb page under the name Stefanie Knight, the Ontario, Canada-born model was voted Playboy’s Cybergirl of the Month for March, 2014 and the 2017 Playboy Playmate of the Year for Playboy Mexico.

The successful Playboy model has also modelled kinky outfits for companies, including a Latex Wear black crop top and hot pants set with nipple pasties and a short pink latex skirt so tight it comes with a recommendation to use lubricant ‘for dressing and shining’.

Cloobeck has claimed in his lawsuit against his ex that she took pornographic photos in his Beverly Hills mansion and private jet and sold them on her OnlyFans page, and when he asked her to stop, she tried to ‘extort’ him by demanding a $7million mansion and $2million cash.

Glaser claims Gurzanski even sold the same pictures from her private raunchy calendar birthday gift on OnlyFans.

Cloobeck has accused Gurzanski of cheating on him during their relationship with Too Hot Too Handle reality star and TikTok influencer Harry Jowsey.

He believes she hooked up with Jowsey beginning on Thanksgiving 2020, and didn’t split with Cloobeck until December 19.

On December 25 Jowsey posted pictures on TikTok of himself showering at what appeared to be the Beverly Hills luxury apartment Cloobeck had rented for Gurzanski.

The pictures were included as exhibits in Cloobeck’s legal filings.

Promotional videos for the two models’ agency, Unruly, include them dancing in tracksuits together and posing on a sports car.

Barens said the claims of infidelity were ‘absolutely untrue’.

The billionaire was also enraged by a ‘spending spree’ by his ex after they split, on a credit card he gave her.

Gurzanski allegedly spent $4,452 on lingerie, $5,245 on hair care, $1,845 on caviar, $5,215 for makeup, $19,648 on clothes and $656 on food for her dog between December 5 last year and January 3.

He claims in total he spent $1.3million on her over the course of their relationship.
