Chantel Mila, from Melbourne who’s better known as Mamma Mila online, shared the handy tips in a now-viral TikTok video which has exceeded 13,000 views.
She creates easy-to-make food boards for her family to enjoy and saves time with a quick shopping service.
Rather than browsing the aisles at the supermarket and and waiting in line at the checkout, she instead uses the ‘direct-to-boot’ service option at Woolworths.

The busy mum also suggests creating food platters instead of extravagant meals that involve different cooking times and ingredients.

The mum says that brioche hot cross buns from Woolworths are her favourite and are perfect for sweet treat platters.
‘Spend less time cooking and more time with family,’ Chantel said in her handy video.
