Spotted leaving her Cremorne home on Tuesday morning, Lisa broke her silence about her career upheaval, telling reporters she was in good spirits.

‘My phone has gone into complete meltdown, but I’m going off to see my mum,’ she told The Daily Telegraph.

‘She’s very worried and I’m just going to go and let her know I’m OK, in fact I’m more than OK, I’m great.’

‘I’ve always been a very hard worker, and I’ve always been very proud of my work and I’ve loved every single job I’ve ever had.’

Osher has also recently resigned a job in a dramatic fashion, leaving behind his Brisbane’s Hit105 radio gig in order to take on hosting duties of new reality spin-off Bachelor in Paradise.

Hosting the radio show alongside Stav Davidson, Abby Coleman and Matt Acton earlier this month, Osher played an emotional song for the trio to declare he was leaving.

‘I’m leaving Brisbane, I got too busy making TV,’ Osher sang while strumming a guitar.

‘I tried to make it, my schedule couldn’t take it, plus they offered me some more money.’
