They have been open about the challenges of raising children with autism.
And Paddy McGuinness, 44, and his wife Christine were spotted out and about in Chesire on Friday, days after he broke down during a sincere TV interview with John Bishop.
The couple were smitten with each other as they left Piccolinos Restaurant whilst holding hands, and the The Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 30, looked sensational in an off-the-shoulder red dress.

The reality star styled her hair with a middle parting, and let her blonde locks cascade over her shoulders so that it framed her petite face well.
Brushing on a glamorous palette of make-up, Christine kept her accessories to a minimum and shielded her eyes with a pair of stylish oversized sunglasses.
She stepped out in a pair of beige wedge heels that added to her already statuesque figure, but had trouble with the cobblestone steps as she almost tripped but was saved from falling thanks to her husband holding her hand.
Paddy, meanwhile, looked dapper in his casual look which saw him pair a grey T-shirt with black jeans and matching trainers.

During his interview on John Bishop’s show In Conversation With… Paddy couldn’t hold back the tears as he spoke out about his two children’s autism diagnosis, and how he and Christine have experienced difficulties bringing up their offspring.
Paddy went on to cry as he referred to his life with twins Penelope and Leo, four, who have autism, and two-year-old daughter Felicity, who is now also showing signs of the condition.
He emotionally revealed: ‘It’s very, very, very, very difficult, you know any parent with children with any kind of special needs is very difficult.’

While family life has been difficult, this has also put a strain on the TV star and his model wife’s marriage.
After Paddy was pictured out drinking with All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, 43, in February, Christine confessed on Loose Women that it had been ‘difficult recently’.
He told John: ‘Some days it’s a wonder how we’re still together, me and Christine, because you can’t sort of do the normal things that you would as a couple.’
