He posted another snap, captioning it: ‘Isolation gains. #stayhome #staysafe #washyourhands’

A year ago Paddy unveiled his fitness overhaul, shocking fans with his impressive six pack.

In a shirtless comparison snap posted to his Instagram page the TV host displayed his 2st weight loss after dropping from 14st 7lbs to 12st 3lbs.

He wrote in the caption: ‘Totally forgot to post this last year! This is a before and after pic from the 4 months of good diet and training I did.

‘I really enjoyed it and definitely could have got leaner but I began to feel a bit too thin. I started at 92.7kg and finished at 78.7kg.’

The cheeky television personality admitted at the time that he didn’t want to put the work in to lose the weight again as he insisted he was feeling ‘strong and good’.

Paddy and wife Christine have been keeping busy at home with their three children, twins Penelope and Leo, both six, and Felicity, four, who all have autism.
