The presenter, 45, showcased his toned back and biceps in a series of before and after shots on Instagram as he proudly revealed he’d lost a staggering two stone in a month.
The Bolton-born comedian captioned the jaw-dropping snaps: ‘Here’s five weeks and a tan between both these pics. I started at 14 stone and finished at 12 stone 4lb.’

He went on: ‘This was down to just three hours a week weight training but 7 days a week of strict dieting.
‘I was on four meals a day all clean eating. I felt great and was getting shredded but personally I thought I looked to small and light for my size, 6ft 1.’
Paddy added that he is now back to eating normally and has put on a bit of weight, but is ‘happy’ weighing in at 13 stn 9lbs.
‘I’m back to eating a decent enough diet, for me, now but I’m also enjoying plenty of treats (in moderation),’ he wrote.

Appearing on the show to promote autism awareness, Christine was surprised with a special message from Paddy, who branded her an ‘amazing wife’ and ‘fantastic mother’ to their autistic twins.
Struggling to contain her emotions as she listened to the message, she responded: ‘I have to say he’s amazing too.’
The tears flowed as she continued about the challenges of raising the couple’s five-year-old twins, Leo and Penelope, explaining: ‘I find it easy with the children, yes it’s challenging but I just managed it but he struggled.
