Police say paraplegic Johnnie Thompson, 31, demanded sex from an exotic dancer and then assaulted her when she refused
A paraplegic man hired an exotic dancer at his home in Georgia, held her at gun point, demanded sex and shot her with a taser, twice, when she refused.
Johnnie Thompson, 31, who is paralyzed from the waist down, hired the woman to come to the Decatur home he shares with his parents.
When she arrived he allegedly pulled a gun on her, forced her into a back room where he had cameras set up, demanded she take off her clothes and then tied her ankles with zip-ties.
‘I’m trying to get and keep a dangerous individual off the streets,’ DeKalb County Police Det. Chris Tappan, told WSB-TV2. ‘He’s challenging their lives.’
‘He pulled out a handgun and a Taser and coerced her to his back bedroom, where he had video cameras set up, and computers,’ Tappan said. ‘He forced her to take her clothes off.’
Tappan said when she fought back he fired the taser at her.
‘He fired at her, not once, but twice, in her chest,’ Tappan added
The woman managed to cut herself free, escaped through a window and called 911.
When police arrived they found the woman partially naked, with the prongs from the taser still lodged in her.
Thompson was arrested for false imprisonment and aggravated assault. He denied any wrongdoing and claims she was the one who attacked him.
‘He said she went crazy, attacked him and that he defended himself,’ Tappan said.
And, Tappan said, there could be more victims- as a second exotic dancer claims she was assaulted at his home three months ago.
‘We believe there could be other victims out there,’ Tappan said.
