Paris Jackson left Dior show because she doesn’t ‘support animals being branded and whipped’

IMG Model Paris Jackson set the record straight after multiple outlets reported that she ‘stormed out’ of the Christian Dior Couture SS/19 fashion show in France ‘in a rage’ on Friday.

The Cruise Collection presentation in a Chantilly chateau included several crop-cracking, side-saddled ladies recreating a Mexican rodeo with white horses.

‘To be clear, I did not “storm out” of the show,’ the 20-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson tweeted.

‘I quietly got up and walked out trying my hardest to not cause a scene, because I do not support animals being branded and whipped. Not trying to become enemies in the fashion world in any way, but I will always be myself.’

Paris – who boasts 4.6M social media followers – added: ‘Furthermore, I was not “enraged,” just taken by surprise and a little heartbroken.’

The Beverly Hills-born heiress concluded that she looks forward to the day where all high-end fashion houses will ‘switch to no-fur and anti-animal cruelty.’

Horses were still on Jackson’s mind when she caught a flight from Italy to Austria and a fellow passenger was watching the 2002 DreamWorks animated western Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.
