Patriots fans threaten at Sports Illustrated reporter who published Antonio Brown’s accuser’s story

Furious New England Patriot fans viciously harassed the reporter who revealed disgraced NFL star Antonio Brown’s second accuser with racist insults and cruel death threats.

Sports Illustrated reporter Robert Klemko broke the story of a second woman coming forward to accuse Brown of sexual harassment and sending threatening messages to her last week.

The bombshell allegations resulted in Brown’s firing from the team on Friday – and led unhinged fans to threaten Klemko online.

Klemko took to Twitter to publish screenshots of the shocking messages he received on Twitter for his story – some of them racist, intimidating and wishing him death.

On Sunday in a since-deleted tweet Brown encouraged the hate by retweeting a report of Patriots fans threatening Klemko and adding, ‘System working effectively’.

On Sunday he also announced he’ll no longer be playing for the NFL and railed against the hypocrisy of the NFL, pointing out how Patriots owner Robert Kraft still has his job despite being hit with soliciting prostitution charges.

Patriots fans attacked Klemko online with a stream of insults, some going as far sharing his address and phone number in the screenshots.

One troll tweeted: ‘Your source is a lying c**t I hope you both die slow painful deaths.’

‘F**k you you stupid b***h,’ another wrote.

‘Robert is a gutless yellow journalist that had an obvious vendetta because he signed with the Patriots. F**k him and his boss Peter King,’ another wrote.

Some of the harrowing spam messages were loaded with racism including messages like ‘Watch ur back negro’ and ‘Karma is coming back on you. Mark my words you b***h a** n***a’.

One man wrote: ‘U ruined my fantasy team u stupid f**k u owe my 500 dolla pot fee.’

Klemko responded to that message saying: ‘You’re betting way too much on fantasy.’

He shared the shocking messages on Saturday writing: ‘Luckily these Patriots fans are being really chill and cool about all this.’

In Klemko’s report published last week he shared the story of an unnamed woman who accused the wide receiver of sexual misconduct.

She was the second woman to come forward after Brown’s former fitness trainer Britney Taylor accused him of rape in a civil lawsuit filed in early September.

This second accuser claimed Brown inappropriately propositioned her at his Pittsburgh home in 2017 and approached her naked wearing just a small towel over his genitals.

Brown was hired to paint a mural for him, but the professional relationship went south when she rejected his advances.

‘I was about 40 percent done on the second day, and I’m on my knees painting the bottom, and he walks up to me butt-a** naked, with a hand cloth covering his [penis] and starts having a conversation with me,’ the woman said.

‘I just kept my cool and kept painting,’ she said. ‘After that, it all ended abruptly.’

After the story broke, the Patriots wide receiver allegedly send her intimidating text messages, which the accuser in turn provided for Sports Illustration.

The artist who claims to have been sexually harassed by Brown is not suing or pressing charges, nor did she permit SI to reveal her identity in Monday’s report.

On Friday Brown was released from the Patriots just 11 days after he signed with the team and after playing just one game on the field for them.

He reportedly joined the team in a one year contract worth up to $15million along with a $9million signing bonus.

Team owner Robert Kraft was reportedly ‘enraged’ to learn that Brown send threatening messages to his second accuser after Klemko’s report was released.
