Chung’s agent did not immediately responded to the Daily Mail’s request for comment.

According to the indictment obtained by the Daily Sun, Chung ‘did possess or have under his control a quantity of the controlled substance cocaine’ on June 25. He was not arrested at the time.

Chung, who is preparing for the upcoming season with the team in Foxborough, Massachusetts, is expected in Belknap (New Hampshire) Superior Court on Wednesday.
