Paul Hollywood raked in £9.1million last year… over NINE times more than all of his GBBO co-stars

Celebrity chef Paul Hollywood earned £9.1million over the past year, leaving him with a pay packet nine times bigger than all of his Great British Bake Off co-stars.

The 53-year-old TV personality, whose tumultuous love life has attracted headlines recently, pulled in £7.3million through his company HJP Media LLP, while Paul Gollywood Limited, another of his entities, earned £1.8million.

Paul, whose 19-month marriage to Alexandra was officially dissolved through divorce last month, pockets £400,000 per year from his TV hosting duties, after signing a three-year deal with Channel 4.

He moved to the network in 2016, after controversially quitting the BBC in 2016 amid revelations he was being paid less than £100,000 for his efforts on the same show.

According to Companies House documents obtained by The Sun, his pay packet stands him considerably ahead of his co-stars, with comedian Noel Fielding, 46, being the next biggest earner with a haul of £813,000 from his two companies.

The show’s co-presenter Sandi Toksvig, 61, fared even more modestly with her firm, Michaelmas Productions Ltd, earning her £177,000.

However, it is not known how much Paul’s co-judge Prue Leith, 79, has earned over the past year, as she has yet to file her income from her company Prue Ltd.

MailOnline has contacted a representative for Paul Hollywood for comment.

The news comes after it was claimed that Paul’s ex-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam turned down a spot on this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! worth £125,000 because it wasn’t enough money.

The Mirror reports that ITV’s offer to feature the 24-year-old on the 2019 edition of the programme is ‘way off the mark’.

A source said: ‘Summer knows she’d be TV gold and can all but name her price. If she gets her way, she’ll be one of the highest paid contestants ever.’

Noel Edmonds is currently the highest paid celeb to feature on the annual jungle-based series, earning £600,000 for his eight-day stint in 2018.

Current reigning King Of The Jungle Harry Redknapp scored an estimated £500,000 for his appearance fee.

It’s said that Summer is gunning for closer to £400,000 – the amount ex Paul takes home per year for judging Channel 4’s The Great British Bake Off.

Ex-barmaid Summer – who had a public and acrimonious split from Paul after he asked her to sign a gagging order – is said to have been in meetings this month with agents.

While the fledgling starlet is yet to sign with one representative she is thought to most likely sign up with former The Only Way Is Essex star Chris Drake, who runs the Off Limits talent agency.

He also acts for Chris Hughes, who finished in third place in the 2017 series of Love Island.

On top of her ambition to become a reality star, Summer is also understood to want to make a fly-on-the-wall programme focusing on her lifelong love of horses, The Mail On Sunday revealed last weekend.

A reality industry source said: ‘Summer is the person to sign up right now and she is keen to get herself on television. Obviously I’m A Celebrity would be her top prize.

‘The six-figure sum and the exposure is the biggest you’d get anywhere but she also wants to work on her own ideas.

‘She’s a bright girl and she has some thoughts on her own shows so it’s very much a case of watch this space.’

Summer has turned down repeated offers to tell all about her 20-month relationship with Bake Off star Hollywood who, at 53, is 29 years her senior.

She dumped him just weeks after Alex, his wife of 19 years, divorced him in July, moving out of the home they had shared after he insisted she signed a non-disclosure agreement preventing her from ever talking about him or his family.

MailOnline has approached both Summer and a rep at ITV for comment. ITV said: ‘We’ll announce our line up for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! nearer transmission. Any names suggested beforehand are just pure speculation.’
