It’s five years since Fast & Furious star Paul Walker died in a fiery car crash in November 2013.
His daughter Meadow turned 20 on Sunday and she marked the occasion by posting a snap of someone holding a slice of chocolate cake complete with a ‘two’ candle and a ‘zero’ candle on her Instagram Stories.
Now a model, the red-head had only just got to know her dad properly at the time of his death.

A year earlier she had moved from Hawaii, where she was raised by her mother Rebecca Soteros, to Paul’s home in Santa Barbara, Ca.
His family talked about their relationship ahead of a documentary about his life, I Am Paul Walker, released on August 11.
‘He loved being a dad. He was so proud of her,’ his brother Cody, 30, said at the time.
The morning of his death, November 30, 2013, Paul and Meadow had gone out to breakfast and later planned to buy and decorate a Christmas tree.

But after leaving a fundraiser for his charity Reach Out Worldwide, the actor went for a ride in a red Carrera GT Porsche driven by his friend Roger Rodas.
It crashed and exploded in a fiery inferno, killing them both. He was 40 years old.
Meadow launched the Paul Walker Foundation in his name two years later.

‘I found myself reflecting on his passions,’ she wrote on Instagram . ‘His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill.
‘I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others.’
Meadow reached a settlement against Porsche in a wrongful death suit in 2017.
