The mishap reveals his sister inside the costume, who looks up in shock as her character’s head rolls away.

An onlooker to her left picks up the head and places it back over the young girl’s face as she walks over to her colleague.

Her father then laughs at the mishap, before saying ‘Right as the picture got taken too! He’s traumatized!’

The other character, who is portraying chocolate Labrador Zuma, throws his arms up in a shrug at the hilarious scene on April 6.

But luckily the young girl is able to brush off the unfortunate break in character and continue her public meet and greet.

Her father said: ‘I took my daughter to her first mascot job and when me, my wife and my other two kids went back to pick her up we saw her outside and my youngest son is a huge fan of Paw Patrol and wanted to go see her.

‘So we parked and made our way over before she was finished so he could go see her and give her a big hug. As he went over to give her a hug and she reached down, off came her head.’
