From ‘manly’ seeded bread to pink tools, people have shared the strangest products marketed for girls and boys.
Louise, 19, from the US, started the Twitter thread by sharing a selection of gendered products, including a Ouija board designed for women and a bathbomb in the shape of a grenade for men.
Other Twitter users from around the world were inspired to share their own unbelievable products.
Viral gallery site BoredPanda shared the most ridiculous products, including ‘pink’ goldfish crackers and apparently identical ‘man and woman’ sleeping bags.

Louise shared a handful of inappropriately gendered items, including toy eggs targeting ‘princesses’ and the others for ‘pirates’
In another photo shared by Louise, she revealed two almost identical toy planes on show at a local shop, which had been catered for ‘boys’ and girls’
The Twitter user also revealed a ‘man-bowl’ which had been marketed as a ‘dog bowl for men’ (pictured)
One of the more outlandish items shared by Louise included a seeded loaf marketed as ‘men’s bread’
And it’s not just food! Louise also posted pink and blue glue sticks, perhaps designed with different genders in mind
Louise also posted oddly shaped bath bombs designed in a bid to woo male shoppers who did may not want to buy the product
Meanwhile she shared another snap indicating a ‘men’s tea’ offered a spicy brew, while a milder concoction was dubbed ‘women’s tea’
Another shocking product showed a Ouija board imagined with a specific target audience in mind, as it promised to answer ‘the questions girls want to know’
She was also stunned by the ‘sexist’ baby bibs which featured different messages depending on gender
In another photograph, she shared the ‘female’ version of Jenga dubbed ‘girl talk’ because it contained questions discussing the hopes and dreams of women
Louise said she’d also been left laughing over these two shampoos, saying there were two genders, ‘men’ and ‘apricot’
Meanwhile another Twitter user, believed to be from the US, went on to share the hilarious sets of binoculars, which appeared to suggest the genders were girly girls and ‘North American’
And snacks didn’t escape the gendered marketing campaign, with one person, believed to be in the US, sharing the ‘princess goldfish crackers’ alongside the ‘Cars’ version of the flavored goldfish snacks
Meanwhile another person, from the US, was left frustrated by the ‘Dude wipes’, a masculine ‘flushable’ face wipe
Another Twitter user, believed to be from the US, responded to the thread with a snap of the different ‘women and men’s sleeping bags – despite the two appearing almost exactly the same
