Pete Evans lists his $3 million Sydney home for sale

He’s the My Kitchen Rules judge whose prowess usually lies within the kitchen.

But Pete Evans is looking to extend his skills to the property market after listing his Sydney beachside property for sale, Realestate.com.au reported.

The celebrity chef is looking to flip the recently renovated four-bedroom home in Malabar, located in Sydney’s coastal south east, after purchasing it four years ago for $1,440,000.

My investment rules! Pete Evans looks to double his money on his Sydney beachside home worth up to $3million as he lists it for sale

According to the property website, the sale of the abode could see the paleo diet advocate and his model wife Nicola Robinson double their initial investment and rake in up to $3 million.

Pete has lived in the home with Nicola – who he married last year – and his two children Chilli, 12, and Indii, ten, from a previous marriage.

The spacious home features a modernist facade and contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms within.

Since renovations were completed, the house’s interior boasts a sleek and contemporary design with an open plan casual living space.

The jewel in the house’s crown is – perhaps unsurprisingly – the commercial-sized kitchen, which has twin dishwashers, integrated ovens and a built-in bain-marie, the website reported.

It also features a massive five-metre island bench with enough space to seat up to seven people.

And for those not willing to take the short walk down to the beach to have a swim, they can just slip into the backyard pool which was added during the renovation.

The house isn’t Pete and Nicola’s only Malabar investment as the pair also own a site nearby where they are building their next family home, realestate.com.au reported.
