Peter Stefanovic dotes over son Oscar as he and wife Sylvia Jeffreys enjoy an outing to the beach

He welcomed his first child with wife Sylvia Jeffreys in February.

And on Saturday, Peter Stefanovic doted over his baby son Oscar as the adorable family enjoyed a day out in Sydney’s Bronte.

The 38-year-old shared a sweet photo to Instagram of him cradling his boy as they lapped up the winter sun.

‘My heart,’ the Sky News Breakfast host captioned the image.

In the picture, the proud father gazed at the tiny tot who beamed for the camera.

Little Oscar was dressed in an all navy ensemble, with a gorgeous knit cap that had bear ears poking out the top.

Not to be outdone by his cute son, Peter cut a stylish figure in a light corduroy jacket.  

He accessorised with a black and white houndstooth Bakers Boy cap and dark sunglasses.

Peter’s Channel Nine reporter wife Syliva was quick to gush over the pair.

The blonde was dressed casually in black leggings and a jacket, with white Nike sneakers.

Sylvia shared a sweet image of their son in a blue onesie at the time and said that he has ‘deep blue eyes’ and is ‘perfectly healthy.’
