She’s an heiress to a billion-dollar fortune.

But Petra Ecclestone is interested in adding more assets to her account and has listed her sprawling Holmby Hills mansion for a cool $175million, according to the New York Post.

The British-born beauty slashed $25million off of the initial asking price after taking the home off of the market earlier this year following her divorce from businessman James Stunt.

The daughter of Formula One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone purchased the home in 2011 for a cool $85million from Candy Spelling, widow of the late television producer Aaron Spelling.

Nicknamed Candyland and Spelling Manor by its previous owners, the 56,000-square-foot home features a two-lane bowling alley, gym and spa.

In addition to three separate gift wrapping rooms, the home has a tanning room and 100-car motor court.

The estate includes 123 rooms set across 4.6 acres and is reportedly larger than the White House, complete with a massive outdoor entertaining area which includes two pools and a tennis court.

After purchasing the home, Ecclestone reportedly hired more than 500 workers to renovate the property.

The home first went on the market in 2016 for an asking price of $200million through Rick Hilton and David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland – the same representation for her recent listing.

Petra has been dating her beau Sam Palmer since late last year, as she and ex-husband James finally reached a divorce settlement in October after six years of marriage.

While no details of the settlement were released, it was reported that James signed a £16 million prenuptial agreement, with Petra also awarded sole custody of the couple’s three children in January.
