‘He seems very mature for an 18-year-old in the way that he plays,’ said the ex-England captain
‘His decision making seems very good and he seems very mature for an 18-year-old in the way that he plays,’ said the former England captain.
‘He is the sort of player England are missing and Gareth Southgate will be hoping he gets more game time so it is easier to select him. He really is the type of player England need.
‘You can see his maturity in the way he plays and the confidence that the senior players have in him. You can see it when they give him the ball. He is a player cut from a different cloth.’
