Phoebe Burgess spoke about life as a single mother as she enjoyed a day out with her two young children Poppy, four, and Billy, two on Thursday afternoon.
The 32-year-old influencer – who shares her children with her ex-husband and retired NRL star Sam Burgess – said the trio were off on a ‘mini-adventure’ before taking a picture of the family eating a picnic out the boot of her new $77,575 Toyota Kluger.
In the caption, Phoebe spoke about being a full-time parent and the importance of enjoying ‘me-time’ when raising two young children alone.

‘We are off on a little adventure!’ she began. ‘Escaping the house, looking for fresh air and searching for that perfect scooter & picnic spot is the perfect little antidote to the monotony of the past few months.
‘For most full-time parents me-time in lockdown is the total unicorn – mythical & a beautiful idea but (often) impossible.
‘I have however become skilled at sneaking some Zen moments -like when the kids are safely in the back of our All-New @toyota_aus listening to my singalong Spotify Find Your Freedom playlist, I feel (almost) alone up the front.’
She added that travelling in the car was the ‘perfect blend of family adventure sprinkled with a few mummy moments’.

The family had already enjoyed a fun-filled morning, as Phoebe revealed the trio had enjoyed a spin on their scooters before sitting down to eat.
‘Note: This weather beat us after our scooter so we decided to picnic IN the Kluger’s massive boot – suddenly very grateful for all of that extra room! The three of us, our scooter and our hamper fit perfectly!’ Phoebe added.

He revealed on the show he had been unfaithful to his wife during their marriage during the first episode.
‘I don’t think I was the greatest husband at times,’ he said to the camera. ‘I embarrassed my wife. I’d had an affair with a girl, a woman in Melbourne. That’s true.
‘I was away on tour, and regretfully that happened. Which would have been… it would have been a tough place for Phoebe to be.’
