Pia Whitesell says she doesn’t think she is ‘particularly fit’ despite her enviable bikini body

She has one of the most enviable bodies in the business.

But Home and Away star Pia Whitesell (née Miller) doesn’t think she is that fit.

The 39-year-old Chilean beauty made the surprising admission during an Instagram Q&A with her fans on Wednesday.

Say what? Home and Away beauty Pia Whitesell said she doesn’t think she is ‘particularly fit’ during an Instagram Q&A with fans on Wednesday

When asked how she stays in shape, she said: ‘I wouldn’t say I am particularly fit, but I try and do Pilates three times a week’.

She also admitted she doesn’t follow any specific diet and ‘eats everything’.

Pia said while she tries to be healthy most of the time, she can’t say no to cheese and wine.

‘I practise Fluidform Pilates and I’m still really active with my boys [sons Isaiah, 18, and Lennox, 14],’ she previously said.

When she’s not able to go to the gym, she likes to swim or do other kinds of cardio workouts.

Meanwhile, Pia and her husband Patrick recently welcomed a new addition to their family.

The brunette beauty and her multi-millionaire Hollywood agent spouse, 57, adopted an adorable Border Collie Pomeranian mix, with Pia introducing the pup to her Instagram fans on Mother’s Day.

Pia shared a sweet snap of her pooch to Instagram and wrote: ‘We rescued this little guy today.’
