The man who was beaten to death with a baseball bat in a road rage attack by a driver who was then hit and killed by another car has been pictured for the first time.
Jason Dykes, 39, was killed by Jose Rodriguez, 37, after the pair got into an altercation when their cars collided on the Interstate 5 near the Del Paso Road exit, at 3.44am Sunday in Sacramento, California.

The fight broke out in the middle of the lanes as other cars drove by.
Some drivers obtained dashcam footage of the aftermath which showed one of the men’s bodies lying in the middle of the road.
The driver who ran over and killed Rodriguez stayed at the scene was cooperating with police. They have not been charged or identified.
On Tuesday, Dykes was remembered by friends as a loving father.
It remains unclear how his car collided with Rodriguez’s or where they were both going when they were killed.
Dykes’ friends and family are angry that Rodriguez died at the scene before he could be held accountable for Dykes’ violent killing.
‘And then he runs in front of a car, no justice, no nothing…It just doesn’t make sense,’ neighbor Kevin Johnson told Sacramento CBS Local.
