Pip purchased the $3.5million apartment last year, and was spotted moving in back in August, relocating from her previous home in Bondi.

The property boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private garden.

The chic new flat also features a generous home office, alfresco dining area, and a state-of-the-art stone gas kitchen.
