Pippa Middleton played project manager as she supervised a furniture delivery at her west London home on Tuesday.
The mother-to-be was on hand as a team of movers unloaded rugs, mattresses and ornamental armchairs at the £17million property she shares with husband James Matthews, 43.
The couple have been living in rented accommodation for almost a year while extensive renovation work was carried out, with a nursery among the new additions to the sprawling mansion.
However it appears the couple will soon be back at home, with furniture being moved back into place today.
It means they will be settled in ahead of the arrival of their first child later this year.
Project manager Pippa: The mother-to-be was on hand to supervise as a team of removal men unloaded furniture at the £17million west London home she shares with husband James Matthews. The couple are preparing to move back in following extensive renovation
Attention to detail: Pippa, 34, appeared to take photos of furniture as it was offloaded at the five-storey property. The couple have been living in rented accommodation over the last year as extensive renovation work is carried out but appear to be close to moving back in
Man of the house: James Matthews arrived by bicycle to help his wife with the process. He bought the stucco-fronted property in 2014. Pippa moved into the luxury mansion in May 2016, a year before she married Mr Matthews last summer, in the society wedding of the year
Extra care: A team of removal men were seen carrying a king-size mattress from the truck to the property, which boasted six bedrooms before the renovations even started
Before the renovation started the five-storey mansion already boasted a gym, an underground cinema, a lift, a ‘staff room’ as well as six bedrooms.
They spent a reported £1.2million on a large extension, which will add a separate male and female dressing rooms off the master bedroom as well as a nursery for their little one.
A recent report suggested the couple has also splashed out on air-conditioning.
Pippa, 34, looked focused on the task as she directed workmen on the street outside the property this afternoon.
Their belongings, which were removed ahead of the renovations, arrived in at least two large trucks from London-based company Anthony Ward Thomas.
Uniformed men carefully unloaded bulky furniture as well as smaller wrapped pieces like cushions and kitchen utensils.
Supervision: Pippa, the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, helped direct the team as to where the furniture should go as they started the job outside their Chelsea home
Mother-to-be: Pippa opted for a practical outfit of dark wash blue jeans, Adidas Stan Smith trainers and a pale pink smock top which skimmed over her blooming baby bump
Focused: Clutching her iPhone in her hand, Pippa looked like a woman on a mission as she returned to the sprawling five-bedroom property to help direct the team inside
Dream home: Pippa appeared deep in thought as she managed the large-scale delivery, with mattresses, armchairs and rugs all arriving at the family home on Tuesday
Growing family: Pippa’s stunning engagement and wedding rings sparkled on her hand as she took time out of the moving project. She has recently been seen shopping for furniture

She later covered up with a long-sleeved cargo green button-down short as evening set in and the temperature dropped.
She was seen snapping photos of the goods being unloaded on her rose gold iPhone before heading inside to help with the organisation.
Her husband James, a City financier, arrived on his bike to help with the large-scale project.
His and hers: A removal man balanced a pile of belongings, including two cushions and a small fragile box with ‘James’ scribbled across it as he unpacked the Matthews’ belongings
Every little helps: Smaller items were unloaded alongside larger pieces like chairs and beds
Teamwork: Two delivery men from London-based firm Anthony Ward Thomas shuffled across the pavement with what appeared to be a large armchair between them
Mr Matthews was smartly dressed in a blue button-down shirt, blue chinos, casual trainers and a satchel bag slung across his back.
Pippa and James have kept a low-profile on recent months as they prepare to become parents for the first time.
The child will just be a few months younger than his or her cousin, Prince Louis, who was born to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge last week.
Helping hand: Pippa offered advice to the removal men as they unloaded her belongings
Team leader: The mother-to-be appeared to be leading the substantial home project, speaking to the workmen and checking the furniture before it was taken into the property
In November last year, MailOnline reported the couple were building a first floor extension above the kitchen to make room for a new bathroom complete with a ‘vanity basin’ and his and hers sinks.
James bought the stucco-fronted property in 2014.

Keeping a close eye: Pippa appeared to photograph her belongings before they were moved
Autumn chill: Pippa later covered up in long-sleeved cargo green button-down short as evening set in and the temperature dropped
Heavy load: A removal man slung a large rug over his shoulder as the moving continued
Prized possessions: The wrapped furniture, which was removed ahead of the renovations, was returned to the property today as the couple prepare to move back into their family home
Statement piece: A man appeared to struggle slightly with the weight of a decorative chair
