David Matthews has been pictured kissing his grandson on St Barts as he doted on the youngster while on holiday.
Mr Matthews – who is facing allegations of historical rape he vehemently denies – was seen leaning in to kiss Arthur, who is the child of his son, James, and Pippa Middleton.
His other son, Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, was also spotted on the Caribbean island holidaying with the family.

Pippa was spotted soaking up the winter sun at the holiday destination. The Duchess of Cambridge’s sister cradled the 11-week-old baby on the island where her father-in-law owns a luxury hotel.
Carrying a brown shoulder bag, she looked comfortable in blue jeans and a white blouse with holed detailing.
Spencer Matthews was also spotted approaching the youngster as Arthur was held by his mother, Pippa

Pippa has previously been seen on the island for winter holidays, including with her brother James Middleton in January 2016.
She married James Matthews in May 2017, and their first child – Arthur Michael William – was born in October this year.
The trip to the Americas comes after the Middleton family enjoyed a casual lunch at a Berkshire pub on Boxing Day.
However they were not joined by Pippa’s sister Kate, who spent Christmas with the rest of the royal family.
The Matthews family owns the Eden Rock resort on St Barts, one of the region’s most exclusive hotels.
Stars including Elton John, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio have stayed at the resort, where suites can cost up to £25,000 a night.

The hotel needed extensive repairs after it was wrecked by the devastating Hurricane Irma in September 2017.
David and Jane Matthews moved to St Barts in September 1995 after purchasing Eden Rock from local adventurer Rémy de Haenen.
St Barts has long attracted wealthy Europeans including Roman Abramovich, who bought a £49million mansion there and has moored his yacht on its shores.
Yesterday pictures emerged of Paul McCartney enjoying a post-Christmas holiday on the Russian billionaire’s private boat.
The Eclipse, which is officially registered in Hamilton, the capital of Bermuda, was delivered to Abramovich in December 2010.
