Huge piles of fried doughnuts covered in decadent Ferrero Rocher and Oreo biscuits dripping in oozy melted chocolate are the newest trend leaving foodies in a frenzy.
The sugar filled Doughnut Snack Packs are a stack of fresh home made doughnuts swamped in melted chocolate and topped with a variety of chocolate bars, making them a tourist attraction for food lovers.
With people lining up for the sweet-tooth treat from regional Victoria, the Melbourne creators at Pizzeria Express, Mark and Cassy Micheli, decided to create something a chocolate lover could only dream of.

The snack packs are proving to be popular, with people lining out the Melbourne store
Inspired by the Halal Snack Pack, the Michelis, who opened their store eight months ago, created their own snack pack where they cook their doughnuts fresh to order.
Then the doughnuts are smothered with a variety of rich chocolate coatings including Mars, Snickers, Boost, Tim Tam, Kinder, Breakaway, Mint Aero, Honeycomb, Apple Pie, Picnic and Oreo.
Mr Micheli told The Maroondah Leader they had customers lining up ‘out the door and down the street’ eagerly waiting for their sugar hits.
The popularity of the Donut Snack Packs has meant the eatery has had to increase their dough-making from one batch a night to seven, meaning they are making 1200kg of dough.
The use of Nutella has also skyrocketed from 6kg to a whopping 30kg.
If you can stomach it, a small serves two people and will only set you back $14. Or if you’re after a sugar hit to last a life time, the large will cost $18 and can serve four people.
