Playful pooch steals her owner’s mobile phone while she’s recording before hilarious chase

This is the hilarious moment a dog snatches its owner’s phone from her hand before running off with it in its mouth – ignoring pleas to come back.

In the footage a woman can be seen telling her poodle to ‘Go, run’ as it starts to sniff her feet.

However, what the owner certainly didn’t expect is for the pooch to then jump up and take her phone, which was already filming the adorable mutt.

Annika Bobb, of Minot, North Dakota, posted the footage on Twitter and said she was ‘crying with laughter’ after her mother had sent her the clip.

The shocked woman starts shouting for her dog to come back to her : ‘Gracie! Bring my phone!’.

However Gracie shows no sign of handing it over, even with the continued calls.

Not much can be seen in the video from then onwards but it is the heavy breathing of the dog that has social media users creasing in laughter.

The footage was published with the caption: ‘My mom just sent me this video of my dog stealing her phone. I’m crying im laughing so hard.’

The video has been retweeted over 200,000 times and requests to see the adorable pooch more clearly came flooding in and Annika was quick to oblige (pictured)
