A missing woman who sparked a desperate police search after posting a cryptic Facebook post has been found alive, police confirmed.  

Jessica Patton, 22, vanished on Saturday October 14, prompting a police appeal for information.

Just two days before she went missing, the young mother wrote on her Facebook page: ‘feeling so f***ing sic of this.’

Police Service Northern Ireland had appealed for members of the public to get in touch with information.

A spokesman said: ‘Missing person Jessica Patton has been located. We would like to thank the public for their assistance with this.’

The appeal to find the missing mother was shared hundreds of times since she vanished.
