Police `increasingly concerned´ over missing teenage mother and baby

Police say they are growing “increasingly concerned” for the welfare of a teenage mother who has gone missing with her 13-week-old baby.

Eleanor Grillo, known as Ellie, was last seen with daughter Miya at about 8.30am on Friday in Wantage, Oxfordshire, Thames Valley Police said.

The 18-year-old is described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall and of a slim build, and is believed to have a blue Silver Cross pushchair with her.

Sergeant Hailey Goodwin said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Ellie and are appealing for the public’s help to trace her.

“It is not known whether Ellie has any access to money and she is with her 13-week-old daughter.

“Ellie, if you see this message, please contact us. You are not in any trouble at all, but we just want to know that you are safe.”
